How will the course be assessed?

The qualification is assessed by a portfolio of evidence, which will cover all assessment criteria contained within the units. You will be assessed by a knowledge assignment. You will also be required to be assessed/observed in your place of work by a qualified assessor in order to achieve the criteria within the qualification. You will be required to have access to at least two learners to assess their occupational competence.

With the exception of the observations, the course can be completed remotely with no need to attend a centre.

You will receive feedback from your course assessor within 24 hours of submission of your work.

Additional information 

• The IQA will endeavour to have carried out quality assurance activities within 2 weeks.
• Once all course work, assessments and quality assurance activities have taken place (and you have been successful), KMF Training will make a claim for your certificate. Paper certificates can take up to 30 days to be sent out to KMF Training and then forwarded to you.
• To achieve this qualification you will need access to at least two learners to carry out two assessments with each (four assessments in total).
