The first part of this module focuses on helping you be able to understand the principles of effective decision-making. It does this by going over how to define objectives, scope, and success criteria, the importance of decision-making, how to obtain and verify valid Information, and more. The second part focuses on understanding different leadership styles and models, by going over how different people can influence teams and the impact that has.
By the end of this module, you will be able to identify effective and ineffective decision-making, be able to partake in making effective decisions and be able to understand the impact of various different leadership styles.
In module 2 of our course on the principles of leadership and management you will learn about various methods of analysing management, to see where they help the company succeed, why their role is important, and constraints imposed by budgets.
