KMF Training will invite learners, potential learners, clients and affiliates to opt in or expressly consent to receive information about our services, courses and products. You will be able to choose how we contact you and to even not receive information from us at any time in order to give you more control over these features.

KMF Training and Consultancy Ltd will never sell your personal data. We may share personal data with other organisations who we work with to provide the service to you (for example, awarding body’s for course accreditation). However, these activities will be carried out under contracts which have strict requirements to keep your information confidential and secure.

KMF Training Payment Security

Any electronic forms of payment will use secure web technology to encrypt the data. KMF Training utilise PayPal for any Online payment or Card payment agents which complies with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS) published by the PCI Security Standards Council and will never store card details.


Information and data storage

KMF Training and Consultancy Ltd operates in the UK and we store data with the EEA (European Economic Area). We will not store data outside of the EEA. We will only store data for the intended purpose and only for the minimum amount of time it is needed. This time will vary depending on the intended use, for example, data stored for a learner to complete one of our short online courses will be stored for a shorter time compared to learner data stored for one of our longer curriculum-based courses. We shall continue to review data that we hold and delete such data when it is no longer required.


Your right to access your information

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) you have the right to access data we have stored in relation to you. Your rights under GDPR are

1. The right to ask and be told whether or not we have your personal data and, if we do to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold (this is known as a subject access request)

2. The right to have your data deleted (though this will not apply where it is necessary for us to continue to use the data to administer your training course or apprenticeship.
